We are locally owned and operated in Gillette, WY.  As one of the only appliance repair companies in the Northeast Wyoming region we service Campbell, Johnson, Crook, and Weston counties and are proud to offer our expertise and knowledge! Shield Appliance is bringing Home Appliance Repair Plans back to a local level as well. Our most popular plan, the Diamond Plan, offers up 8 appliances for $49.99 a month. What does this mean?

It means when you sign up for your plan, these appliances under your plan are covered for repairs by Shield Appliance and that includes FREE labor every single call, and $450.00 in part costs every single call.  It also means that since this is all locally based, that you will call OUR local office, and meet OUR technicians, whenever there is an issue with one of your home appliances. We have an open-door policy as well, so you are always welcome to visit us right here in Gillette! The best part? When you choose one of our plans to cover your appliances, you are keeping Wyoming money right here in Wyoming, as these plans are currently only available in our service area.
